April 1, 2026 — the Commission, in collaboration with the National Peace Council, engaged over 300 students at Tawheed Senior High School in Kumasi in a powerful sensitisation session.
From understanding the dangers of small arms proliferation to learning about the legal and social consequences of firearm misuse, students were empowered to make informed, responsible choices. The session also highlighted the importance of resisting peer pressure, prioritising education, and embracing peaceful conflict resolution.
